Please remember to bring a valid government issued photo ID, have your ORI number ready (refer to our suggested ORI page), and collect your Transaction Control Number (TCN) receipt from us.
An ORI number is not required for electronic submission when applying for out-of-state licensing or an FBI background check for immigration purposes. In these cases, you will most likely need to mail fingerprint cards (Form F-258) to an out-of-state or FBI address. Please have the mailing address ready for sending the completed Form F-258. Goin Postal St Johns is a full-service shipping center and can handle all your shipping needs.
